Did you know that AMSN partners with several organizations to provide resources, education, and support to members?
In 2020, AMSN launched a Premier Partners program, to
bring year-round opportunities to select partner organizations. Our first partner, Medtronic, has worked with AMSN
on education, evidence-based research, and clinical content.
We have even worked together to launch a new AMSN award, The Kathleen Singleton Award for Outstanding Organizational
Support for Medical-Surgical Nurses. In December, we awarded the inaugural Kathleen Singleton award to Cleveland Clinic.

We are thrilled to have Abbott, Hillrom and Philips join AMSN’s Premier Partner program. With their support, we
will continue to bring relevant clinical content, timely and needed education and further advance medical-surgical
nursing’s voice and viewpoint.

In the coming months you will have the opportunity to provide feedback to our premier partners through focus groups,
round tables and at our annual convention in San Antonio September 29-October 2.
One of the several reasons I’m excited for these partnerships is to bring you the opportunity to provide input
and insight to our sponsors.

and that oftentimes medical-surgical nurses haven’t been asked to share that insight in a meaningful way and
